Armarkat Classic Cat Tree A7401 - My kitties LOVE IT! It is not the sturdiest of the trees, but I put it by the wall, and it is pretty stable. It does move a little bit when the kitties jump on it, but nothing to worry about... It looks to me like it will last for a good while. The quality is good, easy to clean, and easy to assemble it too - I am a single woman, and I did it on my own; it did not take much. The instructions are very self explanatory, the parts are labeled very well, making it super easy to put it together. It holds 60 lbs, and has plenty of perches and scratching posts... Overall I am very happy with this purchase, and it is well worth the price.

The KatKabin Outdoor Cat House - The KatKabin is a great product for both outside and inside kitties. It provides shelter, safety, and it protects the kitties from the elements. The design is quite cool, the colors are awesome, and it is definitely kitty approved. The body plastic is not very thick, but it is quality plastic; I do not see it getting damaged easily, especially considering the oval design. One thing I would recommend for those living in very cold weather who would be using this outside, is getting the extra insulating liner they sell on their site, the Winter Warmer for KatKabin DezRez. That way the kitty would be completely protected, cozy and warm during the coldest of the winters. I think the standard is enough for rain, wind, sun, and a mild winter, but not insulated enough for harsh, colder winters... In those cases you will need extra insulation. But that is not a big deal, as they do have that available... Just make sure to get it if that is your case! (...)
Now the very important part: the kitties' impressions: Since the moment I took it out of the box and put it in my living room yesterday, the KatKabin has been occupied non-stop by my three cats. If they could form a line to use it, the would! As I type this review, no joking - Lucky is laying inside of it, and Hope is trying to get into it...

The SunnySeat - The SunnySeat is a window sill/Perch that attaches directly to the windows or glass doors with big suction cups, requiring no tools, thus avoiding any damage to the window framing and painting. The product comes already half assembled, making the remaining assembly quite intuitive. The bed already comes mounted, the wires attached and hooked to the respective cups. The only thing you need to do is remove the cardboard and attach the bottom cups. (...) Lucky spent a few hours on it and loved it! I like that the cover is removable and unlike a perch, it doesn't get as hot so she was pretty comfortable in it. Almost like a hammock, good for warmer days. After three or so hours, I checked the cups and there was no air in it whatsoever. I am sure it could gone much longer. I do think one would have to push the cups in a couple of times a day just for good measure, or at least check.(...) Lucky is 12.5 lbs or so, and the infomercial says it holds up to 40lbs.
