FURminator deShedding Tool for Cats - OMG The Furminator!!! This is the best tool to prevent hairballs... and also to keep your house from becoming covered in fur! It is just amazing to see how much shedding it will remove - up to 90%!!! It removes all that dead undercoat, without hurting the live hair. I wouldn't go nuts with it, but if you have a good metal comb, and use this once a week as part of your routine, you will reduce the shedding to almost nothing - even with long hair cats. I can not say enough about this tool - simply AMAZING!!!

JW Pet Grip Soft Cat Comb - To groom your cat you have got to have a metal comb - period. Especially if you have long hair cats. Brushes will take the loose hair on the surface (in general), but a metal comb will get all the way to the skin, detangling the fur, taking away the loose hair, and preventing matting. What I love about this comb is how ergonomic it is, how solid it fells, the fact that the teeth is round so it doesn't feel sharp or rough in their skin, and the price tag is not too shabby either. If you have this, a brush and the Furminator you are pretty much set as far as fur goes.

Soft Claws Nail Caps Medium - GREAT solution for kitties who like scratching furniture, meowmy's arms, or one another! When Hope first came here, she would swat at Lucky and Bugsy pretty hard, playing, but still... they were pretty beat up. I was starting to get afraid that one of those little cuts would get infected. I bought some of these to try, and OMG, did they help! These are awesome! I found it they were actually very easy to apply - put the glue on all of the first, then apply them. It took less than five minutes the whole process, and it really does take a while to fall off - in my case they last over 5-6 weeks. Highly recommended. They have many different colors and sizes too!

Klaw Kontrol Bag - This bag is AWESOME if you have a cat difficult to administer medicine to, and you need to do it on a regular basis, which is my case. I can not stress how AWESOME it is.... Absolutely AWESOME. The bag is made of nylon, and has one top zipper, two side vents, two from side zippers for the front paws, an adjustable collar, and a bottom-back zipper, that allows you to pull the tail, and access to the butt for temperature taking. To give meds, you would leave both paws inside of the bag (I forgot one paw out in the picture, sorry), so your hands would be completely free - one to hold the head, and the other to give the medicine, in my case with a syringe. I do it sitting on the floor, with him on my lap, facing the other way (he is facing the same way I am facing).
OMG OMG OMG - This has been a Life saver! I can not tell how much easier this bag has made both of our lives! It is SO much quicker, easier, less messier, less traumatizing to give him his meds that it took a huge strain out of our relationship. In turn, he is a lot less stressed out, and hanging around much more.
